Return & Refund Policy

By placing an order or making a purchase with Custom Acrylics Ltd, you agree to this Return & Refund Policy, together with our Privacy Policy and any other applicable terms and conditions.
Bespoke and Custom-Made Products
Products that are bespoke, custom-made, personalised, or manufactured to a customer’s specific requirements are non-refundable and non-returnable, unless they are faulty or not as described.
Once production of a bespoke or custom-made item has commenced, the order cannot be cancelled. This includes, but is not limited to, items made to specific dimensions, designs, colours, finishes, or customer-supplied specifications.
This does not affect your statutory rights in relation to faulty or defective goods.
Returns (Non-Bespoke Items Only)
If there is an issue with a non-bespoke product you have purchased, or if you are dissatisfied for any reason, you may request a return within 30 days of receipt of the item.
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

Refunds

If payment has already been made via an online payment method (excluding cash on delivery), a refund will be issued once the cancellation is confirmed.
Returned products will be inspected upon receipt. If the return complies with the conditions outlined in this policy, a refund will be processed. Refunds may take several working days to complete, and you will be notified once the refund has been issued.
Custom Acrylics Ltd is not responsible for damage caused during transit or transportation.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. This applies even where the original order included free shipping. All return shipping charges must be paid by the customer.
